Hanz Carlyle

I’m Hanz, founder of Carlyle Stays.

I’ve worked in real estate for over 6 years, including time in the Dubai property market — a place where expectations are high, detail matters, and service quality is everything. That experience shaped how I view property management today: not as a numbers game, but as a people-first service built on consistency, communication, and care.

Early on in my career, I realised I was less interested in transactions and more drawn to the experience behind them — how people feel when they rent a home, and how landlords feel about the people looking after their property. That’s what led me to move away from traditional agency thinking and build something more personal.

Carlyle Stays was created from that mindset.

Today, I stay closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. From guest communication to property standards, I believe in being hands-on and accountable. I don’t see landlords as account numbers or properties as assets on a spreadsheet — I see people, homes, and long-term relationships built on trust.
